I have a hooked nose and a drooping nose tip, and my cartilage is really firm, so I want to try tying only the drooping cartilage first. But then I also wonder whether I should just go straight for nose-tip surgery instead! If I do cartilage tying at the nose tip first and then have nose-tip surgery later, would that be treated as an actual removal cost or as a revision surgery? I'm worried about the price
