As soon as the director at ㅍㄹㅁ saw me, he said the cartilage was visible. He said I had put way too much cartilage into a small nose. That's exactly right, honestly. My nose is small and low, but I had way too much cartilage shoved in there (very strong swear word...) so it could all show and even stick out... It isn't an emergency, but it needs to come out, and if I want, they can put in MegaDerm.. I'm not planning to add MegaDerm. If I do, it would be an extra 1 million won. Full removal + cartilage repositioning. He said he'll shape the tip nicely (said the manager). The manager was polite. The director wasn't bad either. At ㅅㅅㅇ, I was surprised because the building felt so chaotic, and there weren't any customers?? That made me nervous haha. He examined me by palpation, and he felt more like a neighborhood ENT doctor than a plastic surgeon. He wrote down everything from the consultation and told me to ask anything I was curious about. He showed me two before-and-after photos, and honestly the removal looked better??? So I'm thinking I might do it there. The price and surgery method are the same as ㅍㄹㅁ, but it's a bit cheaper. The manager was kind of so-so...^^ The director said even with full removal, it wouldn't collapse dramatically. It's between a nose that was never operated on and a surgical nose. It may look a lot wider than it does now. (I'm taking that into account... I don't want to open my nose any more.) Full removal + cartilage repositioning. The ㄱㅇㅅ hospital was really good. So many rooms. Maybe because it was newly opened, they were almost too kind. The director, contrary to my worries, was very kind and had a fatherly vibe. He had me lie down and used a flash to look inside my nose, then asked if I didn't know my septum was crooked. I realized it from what he told me, and it made me feel that he has a lot of experience. He mentioned septoplasty... But when I was consulting with the manager, I was worried about the cost, and since they said it wasn't that serious, I just decided to go with full removal. The manager was very nice, and surgery on the date I wanted was available. They said the price would be discounted if I wrote a review. There was some pressure to book on the same day. I don't think it would go badly if I did it here. Since the experience is so extensive. I'm probably going to choose between ㅅㅅㅇ and ㄱㅇㅅ, but I have to do it next week. If anyone has tried them, please leave a comment even if it's private. The price difference between the two is about 600,000 won. Everyone thinking about removal, let's remove it and live comfortably!!!!

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 3 If I had 5 mm silicone, would I lose a lot of bridge height?
Honestly, the tip and front view matter more to me, so I don't really want to obsess over the bridge, but A doctor at another hospital said on CT that it looked like 4 mm or 5 mm had been used, and the first surgeon also said a…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 3 What you should definitely figure out before removing your nose implant
If asymmetry appears after surgery (nostrils / nasal deviation), removal alone won't correct it. In that case, it's better to go to a hospital known for reconstruction. I also developed nostril asymmetry, and although I had surgery at a…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 3 Planning explant surgery
I had autologous costal cartilage, and it has been 4-5 years. My nose tip has gradually started to look strange, so I’m planning to go for full removal to feel at ease. I’m looking at hospitals like ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂ and ㄱㅇㅅ for the planned surgery…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 3 The fifth nose revision is finally done ^3^
I've had nose surgery several times, but the shape still looked so bad that this time I thought it would be the last, and I went to consultations I mostly looked at reviews, and Dalbi Plastic Surgery seemed to bring out the look I wanted…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 3 Would I not regret it even if I remove it?
I had my nose done at a well-known clinic last year, but the bridge is too high and pointed, so it doesn’t suit me at all and I’m thinking about having it removed. Even during the consultation and on the day of surgery, I clearly explained
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 3 I never thought revision rhinoplasty with autologous rib cartilage would turn out this well
Today, three months after my revision rhinoplasty, my blunt nose has gained dimension even in casual photos, so it really feels like this might be my last surgery and I’m so satisfied! After my first nose surgery at another clinic, the tip
