Come one, come all. I'm sharing my successful double jaw surgery review, haha. My jaw misalignment improved and my face shape changed naturally in 9 months

Hello. This is a review from a patient who had both double jaw surgery and contouring surgery. I had a malocclusion since childhood, but it wasn't very painful, so I just lived with it. Then over the past few years it gradually got worse, the sound from my jaw got louder, pain developed, and the angle I could open my mouth also got smaller (I can open it, but it hurts if I open wider than that). At 9 months now, people I meet after a long time really can't recognize me because my image has changed so clearly. I heard that orthodontics alone can also change things, but once I had surgery together with it, my face shape and impression felt much more refined, so my satisfaction is very high^^!!! I'm still in orthodontic treatment too, and every time I look in the mirror I can see things getting aligned little by little, which is amazing. The jaw pain and discomfort that kept bothering me before surgery are almost gone, so daily life is much more comfortable now. I can open my mouth naturally, eat freely, and eat well. As time passed, it no longer feels like I had surgery at all, and it just feels like my original face, which I like even more. After about half a year I had already adapted to the point that I could live without thinking about it, and as the orthodontics continues to match up and my teeth are getting aligned, I’m living with overall satisfaction. The biggest change is the improvement in jaw function, and externally it also feels naturally refined, so for those of you considering double jaw surgery or double jaw plus contouring, if you think about both functional improvement and image change like I did, I think it’s definitely worth considering and getting the surgery!!
