A real review of how getting double jaw surgery turned taking great photos into everyday life

Hello! 😊 It has been 8 months since I had double jaw surgery from Dr. Shin Hee-jin at I U Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery! I used to have a bit of an underbite and facial asymmetry, so I had a strong complex about my appearance, and I would almost avoid photos taken by other people and gradually stop taking selfies too. I can take photos naturally with my friends, and as my face became more balanced, I often hear that my overall impression has become softer. Now at 8 months, unless I tell people first, they cannot tell I had surgery haha ✨ My face looks smaller overall and my lips sit further back, so my proportions feel more balanced, and I am quite satisfied. My nostrils do feel a little rounder, but that is also part of the change as my whole face has become more balanced, and it gets even more natural with time so it is fine! Compared with the time I spent worrying about double jaw surgery, life is now much more comfortable functionally too, and the stress I had about my appearance has really decreased, so personally I am extremely satisfied!!! 😊 😊
