I have a class 3 malocclusion, but surgery was scary, so I just had regular orthodontic treatment here. They did try to dissuade me and said they recommended just living with it, but when I said I was too scared, they went ahead with the orthodontics. In the end, my lower teeth didn't become too bucktoothed, and my upper teeth didn't protrude too much either, so I'm satisfied with the orthodontic treatment itself!
