Hello. I have always been bothered by the fact that my face was broader and longer than other people's. It also felt sharp-looking, so I was dissatisfied every time I looked in the mirror. Since I was young, whether it was school trips or any event where we took group photos, my flaws stood out more to me than other people's did, and even in ID photos my asymmetry was severe so I always had to have them edited. That was why I decided that since I was already living this life, I might as well get rid of the stress, and last year I had double-jaw surgery and contouring surgery at Y Oral Surgery and saw the three contour procedures done as well: square jaw, cheekbones, and chin. It's already been a year haha Now, one year later, my personality has become brighter and I enjoy doing my makeup in the morning. Because of that, maybe people treat me differently too. Honestly, since I didn't choose to do it when I was young in my 20s, I did have a little regret at the start of recovery. In my case, the recovery period was a bit hard and it wasn't easy to go out and do things. At the very beginning, it even felt like time was not passing well Maybe because I was older, the swelling went down more slowly. Still, now that a year has passed, I'm very satisfied and I eat well too, so the weight I lost at the beginning came back quickly^^;; And sometimes people ask me if I'm satisfied, and I am very satisfied~! I wanted to do it in my 20s, so all that time spent worrying feels pointless now. I'm the type who is easily scared, so I kept putting it off all that time, and I do regret that a bit. People who knew me well for that long say I worked hard and ask why I did it after getting married and at this age, but people who met me for the first time definitely reacted much more positively. Because of my job, I'm a freelancer and I often have interviews, so I think there were a lot of good points. The surgery pain was more tolerable than I expected, and everything was fine, but at the beginning my face was really swollen and eating was restricted, so that was a bit inconvenient Even while eating, I wasn't used to the changed oral structure, so I think I often bit my tongue while eating. Still, now that a year has passed, I'm doing just as well as I did before the surgery. If anything changed, it would be that I enjoy looking in the mirror and my personality got brighter? That would probably be it. If you're 고민이시라면, I really recommend it!!
