The overall shape of my nose turned out well, but the nostrils are very uneven and I dislike the hard feeling at the tip, so I consulted about removing only the tip cartilage. They said that usually people either remove only the silicone or remove everything, and that there are no cases like mine where only the cartilage is removed. They also said a severe step-off would form and the shape would not look good. Has anyone had a similar case and completed the surgery?
