After three nose surgeries, I finally had the silicone removed. I had my second nose surgery 10 years ago and lived without problems, but recently my nose became visibly shorter and turned upward T_T, so I thought contracture had developed. Today I finally had the silicone removed. They wanted to use my septum, but said it had melted and could not be used, so they harvested ear cartilage again and lowered the nasal tip. I am worried because they could not use septal cartilage, but it will not turn upward again, right...? Sigh, now I have no ear cartilage left to harvest either T_T T_T T_T I just want to live comfortably now.
