1. Non-implant nose tip surgery with ear cartilage! The foreign-body sensation is too severe, the redness is not going away, and even after a nasal irrigation wash once because of headaches?, there was no improvement, so I am getting removal surgery!! Everything is closed approach! There is absolutely nothing left in the nose! It was because they put in way too much, so the foreign-body sensation was severe, and I want to put a little back into just the tip again with ear cartilage. Is that a revision or a second revision? How much would they quote me?? T_T I have nothing at all, and I did not touch anything except the tip, so I am thinking 600-700. Is that right!! T_T ??

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJun 9 Questions about lowering the alar and tip with ear cartilage at [Clinic A]
They are saying to do it like this because the tip is upturned (is it a reverse rotation graft???). If ear cartilage is used at the tip, how much ear cartilage would be needed? If my nose were small, I would not worry, but it is not…
