They are saying to do it like this because the tip is upturned (is it a reverse rotation graft???). If ear cartilage is used at the tip, how much ear cartilage would be needed? If my nose were small, I would not worry, but it is not exactly small, so if putting ear cartilage in here makes it even a little bigger, I do not think that will work... T_T I want to remove everything completely, but.... Anyway, I am tempted to do it here, but this part is holding me back T_T
