I want a rounder nasal tip, but can I have revision surgery after just one month?

I had my first, second, and third surgeries all at the same hospital, but the doctor's aesthetic sense is for a sleek nose, so no matter how much I begged for a rounder shape, they kept making it pointy because they said if it were rounded, I would end up dissatisfied with the shape. I really do not understand why they keep doing this, and now I do not care about the cost anymore; I am going somewhere else. They even put silicone in during the first surgery, which made the crookedness stand out, and for the second surgery they said they would fill the step-off with ear cartilage, but because cartilage became visible I had a third surgery 6 months later. But it is pointy again. They used several layers of cartilage, but apparently they removed one layer and filled it with dermis so there would be no visibility... I am just tired of them getting annoyed at me every time I come in, and I want to go back to a round, natural nose. Please recommend a hospital... And it has been about one month since my third surgery, so I am wondering whether early correction is possible... I feel annoyed because even if I wait, the cartilage seems like it will show again. I have already been under the knife three times, but I still got a nose that is not my preferred aesthetic And my face is completely bare, but only my nose looks so polished that people can tell I had nose surgery ㅡㅡ It is so frustrating. Seriously, before the third surgery I told them to please make it so there is no obvious sign of cosmetic surgery on my nose, but why do they keep making a pointy nose...? I had dermis inserted because I wanted it rounder, so if this was going to happen, why did they cut out tissue from behind my ear? Seriously. The internal stitches have not even been removed yet, so it just looks like a booger, and the columella scar is visible from 100 meters away. I am honestly so upset. And there will not be any chance for the tip to get rounder and lower here anymore, right...? I am losing it seriously. Everyone can tell I had cosmetic surgery.
