Everyone~~~ I just finished my life with a fake nose that lasted 24 years. This was my 5th surgery 😢 Last year I thought that would be my final surgery, so I had the implant removed and had a revision surgery to lower the nose so the nostrils would show less, but the foreign-body sensation and pressure pain were too much. Because there was no visible pus or anything, the hospital said it was not inflammation and that there was nothing wrong (they treated me like I was mentally ill), but I was in so much pain I felt like I was going crazy My nose was small, but it felt way too stuffed inside. I thought the ear cartilage had been grafted in too much, and today when they removed it, my suspicion was right!! The doctor showed me what had been removed and said that too much had been packed into a small space. For reference, last year I had autologous dermis on the bridge and ear cartilage for the columellar support, tip, and lengthening. Today the doctor said that since my nose length is short, only lengthening was recommended, but I just said to remove everything without any hesitation (I also removed the dermis), and I asked them to reposition the cartilage so it would look as little lifted as possible. I am on the train going home now after the surgery. I will show the progress after one week! I did not have nasal packing, and there is no bleeding. So amazing~~~

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJun 10 I want a rounder nasal tip, but can I have revision surgery after just one month?
I had my first, second, and third surgeries all at the same hospital, but the doctor's aesthetic sense is for a sleek nose, so no matter how much I begged for a rounder shape, they kept making it pointy because they said if it were…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJun 10 Is re-revision possible for nose surgery?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJun 9 Why this place is famous
