I thought I would never get any complications, but you never know what life will bring. I switched jobs to the company I wanted, caught a cold, and maybe because my immunity dropped, I suffered from facial pain of unknown cause starting in March. I decided to accept that it was a complication from my nose surgery and am now waiting for the operation. It feels unsettled, and the pain has been gone since a week before surgery, but I was mentally exhausted for several months. The pain kept getting worse, to the point that I had to take painkillers. I went to about five plastic surgery clinics, and none saw signs of contracture or acute inflammation. I did not have major complaints about the fake nose, but now it seems I have to remove it. What I realized strongly through this was that you really cannot guarantee anything when it comes to plastic surgery. In the past I even recommended the hospital where I had my surgery, but now I regret that. It does not show up as a post written by me under my current account, but I took photos in 2018 and wrote a surgery review then... so because of that, I probably would not be able to easily recommend the hospital where I decided to have it removed either. To everyone going through a hard time, hang in there a little longer and let us be happy.
