Nose Re-Surgery

Why this place is famous

I have had rhinoplasty for over 10 years, and the silicone extends all the way to the tip of my nose, so maybe that is why I have been having severe tenderness lately. It feels tight, and sometimes it feels like the base of the nasal columella hurts too I also wonder if it might be because I had septal extension so a naturally small and low nose was lengthened, but anyway it hurts so much. I am looking into removal clinics and visited [Clinic A] and [Clinic B]. [Clinic A] suggested a closed approach, removing only the silicone and placing AlloDerm. I also heard the comment that the difficulty was only 0.1 out of 10. [Clinic B] recommended open complete removal and cartilage repositioning, and it seemed like there were no special issues. They said complete removal should be possible without much trouble. The columella might curl up a little more (mine was already short), and the perichondrium probably would not be necessary. I wanted to have complete removal at [Clinic B] and get rid of this mental distress quickly, but some recent comments do not seem favorable toward that clinic, and the detailed parts are all in private comments so I cannot know them I had already booked [Clinic B] after looking up YouTube videos and blogs from people who had the surgery, but why is [Clinic B] so famous??? Has anyone here had the surgery there? I think I have been struggling mentally ever since my rhinoplasty, and I feel like my prime years have slipped away painfully, so I am being very careful about deciding on removal too. If anyone has experienced the pros and cons directly, or has read reviews, please help Thank you
