My natural nose = a bulbous nose, a low nose. The bridge would use 0.5 mm silicone, and the tip would use septal cartilage and ear cartilage.
A bulbous-nose correction would also be done together, by trimming and tying the cartilage.
My biggest goal was to lower the tip and alar sides as much as possible so the nostrils would show as little as possible, and on top of that I hoped it would be made so that contracture and inflammation would not occur. (After surgery, when the tip was tied, it turned into triangular nostrils, which stressed me out.)
The director said to remove everything in the nose and lower the tip and alar sides with ear cartilage.
He said the causes of inflammation are silicone and the capsule, so I do not need to worry about contracture or inflammation.
He said the tip will become less hard again, if not completely back to the level of my natural nose, so not to worry.
I do not know about the cleanliness of the interior, but it feels like a neighborhood clinic.
The director... looked tired, but he kindly explained everything whenever I asked (he looked much more tired than in the videos; he gave off a quirky doctor vibe d d).
I am going to get another consultation with [Clinic B] before deciding whether to remove it here.
The fact that they do not put cotton inside the nose felt like a huge plus, so I will probably have the surgery here if possible.
