This is my rhinoplasty review, written a full year and six months after surgery! It was my first rhinoplasty, and I had heard that noses involve so many variables, so I deliberated for a very long time when choosing a clinic T_T Before surgery, my side profile was not smooth because of a dorsal hump, and from the front, my rounded nasal tip gave a strong bulbous-nose impression.. 🥺 Since I also needed functional nasal surgery, I looked for a place where I could consult not only about making my nose look pretty but also about breathing, and that is how I found [Clinic A]! To tell you the result first... I am extremely satisfied!!💙 T_T Can you see the comparison photos placed side by side at the same angle?! You might not notice the changes much when looking at them separately, but placing them in the same direction like a collage made the difference in height and nasal-tip shape very clear! Before surgery, the dorsal hump made my nose look slightly sunken, and the blunt tip made the center of my face look less flattering T_T But as you can see in the after photos, it now flows much more smoothly from the nasal bridge to the tip T_T So, to celebrate the successful result, I decided to write this rhinoplasty review with detailed photos and explanations haha 😆 During the consultation, I had quite a lot of questions because the shape, dorsal hump, bulbous nose, and functional nasal concerns all needed to be addressed at once..! [Doctor A] did not focus only on bridge height; he said he would refine the hump line and shape the spread-looking bulbous tip to suit my face, which made him seem so trustworthy.. T_T He also carefully explained the causes of my nasal blockage, step by step! I wanted a line that would not look awkward even over time, rather than an overly dramatic nose haha. The consultation direction was exactly what I wanted, so I wanted to have surgery on the earliest possible date as soon as the consultation ended.. haha I was nervous on the long-awaited surgery day, but I had high expectations for the result!! All the staff took great care of me and encouraged me, which helped put me at ease 😍 In the early stage, swelling can make the tip look a little firm and high! As time passes, the swelling goes down and the shape settles as desired, so do not worry haha. At the one-year-and-six-month mark, it truly feels like it has settled perfectly into my face! The tip no longer looks spread out as it did before, and the areas that had been uneven from the dorsal hump have been smoothly refined, so I am satisfied T_T Although it was my first surgery at [Clinic A], I have had no major discomfort or concerns even as time has passed, and that is the most reassuring part ❣️ Honestly, when I was looking into rhinoplasty, I saw so many comments saying that one surgery is rarely enough and that a revision might be needed later, so I was scared T_T That is why I was extremely careful before my first surgery and mainly looked for rhinoplasty reviews from much later than one or three months after surgery...! I think that is a helpful tip too haha. As time passes, my nose has become more natural, and now it feels less like a surgically altered nose and more like the nose I was born with, so I even feel at ease when looking in the mirror haha. Oh, and I chose [Clinic A] because the before-and-after photos seemed to include many cases refined to suit the face rather than making an excessive line..! They did not all have the same shape; each one felt tailored to the individual?! Also, [Doctor A] has over 18 years of experience, so I had complete trust...!! Since I needed to improve the dorsal hump and bulbous nose while also undergoing functional nasal surgery, I wanted somewhere that would examine everything more carefully, and in the end I think I made the right choice for my first surgery T_T I hope this rhinoplasty review helps those who are deliberating over their first rhinoplasty 😄 Comparing photos at the same angle, like the side-by-side before-and-after photos, makes it easy to see not only the nose height but also the bridge line, tip shape, and the bulbous-nose impression from the front haha. If you are looking for long-term rhinoplasty reviews, I think it would be good to look not only at early swelling photos but also at changes after the nose has settled to some extent! I hope everyone has a successful rhinoplasty..❤️ [Doctor A] is truly like the father of my nose haha ❤️
