I couldn't find any long-term rhinoplasty reviews, so I'm writing one

It has been 3 years since my surgery, and I will write down what I have noticed. I had both a bulbous nose and a dorsal hump. Whenever I took photos, my nose looked broad and large, so retouching it was always essential. I was stressed every time I took a photo, and because my nose looked wide, it felt as though my facial contour looked more spread out too. I decided to get either a procedure or surgery—anything. But because my nasal bones themselves were large and I also had a dorsal hump, I knew non-surgical procedures would not have much effect and that I would eventually end up getting surgery, so I chose open rhinoplasty right away. Even I could see that there was no solution for my nose other than open surgery. The hump was not severe, so I did not need an osteotomy; it was simply shaved down. I had heard rumors that if you do not have an osteotomy, the bone grows back, so I kept watching it, but these days I do not even think about it lol. It has been 3 years, but my nasal bridge is still intact, and the nasal tip is also still fine because autologous costal cartilage was used. The photos range from after I recovered from surgery through this year. Even everyone here can see that nothing has changed, right? My first thought after surgery was, “Can rhinoplasty change someone's image this much?” Before surgery, there was absolutely no way to find sophistication or mature elegance in my face. Since rhinoplasty, I think my clothing styles have also become more varied. As the nasal bridge became slimmer and the nasal tip was raised, my image shifted toward a refined, innocent look. Before that, I just looked like a kid. And although I thought all the swelling was gone by month 6, it continued to go down slightly afterward, so subtly that it was not noticeable. The period when the surgery looks obvious is about a month. If you can get through that month, it is not actually that noticeable even while the residual swelling is subsiding. By years 2 and 3 after surgery, I would normally forget that I had even had surgery. But if I almost fall or almost bump my nose, I get scared and become careful for a while lol. My nose is fine now, so it would be so unfair to need revision surgery because of an injury... That was the rambling of someone satisfied at the 3-year mark.
