I always edited my nose in Photoshop, but after nose surgery I do not use Photoshop anymore haha.. The line came out beautifully, right!! I originally had a hump and my nose was short overall, so it did not have much of a feminine look. Enhancing my features with editing apps was essential ...lol. Now that my nose is higher and the nasal tip is prettier, I do not really use editing anymore haha.
I was initially only going to change the shape, but I also decided to consult about nasal obstruction. I visited about three clinics said to be good at functional and cosmetic nose surgery, and [Clinic A] had a consultation and atmosphere I liked. I had not prepared questions and was fumbling, but the doctor carefully asked whether I had a desired shape and which areas I wanted to improve, so I think I was able to receive a detailed consultation.
They said my septum was very deviated and weak on CT, so it would be difficult to use; I was sad, but I already had an aversion to implants and wanted the nasal tip to be definitely raised, so I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage. I worried that it might be too much for a primary surgery, but thought it would be better to get the first surgery done properly than have revision surgery later because it droops and does not turn out as desired.
I am extremely satisfied with the postoperative shape T_T.... I am happy to have the pretty columellar angle I wanted. I like the frontal view too, but I have become completely confident in my profile lol haha.
