I waited past my consultation appointment time and then had a consultation with the director. He didn't answer my questions very well. He was blunt. He said I should try it first, and told me to look up before-and-after photos online, so I didn't get to see any separately. The consultation was shorter than the time I waited, and in the end I never got answers to the things I was curious about.
