It was a place I'd never heard of before, but I visited because a friend recommended it. The director wasn't exactly kind, but not rude either. Among the places I went to, this was the one that most clearly told me what could be done, what couldn't, and what might look best, but I thought it might not match the line and aesthetic I wanted, so it was one of the places I hesitated about. The manager here was also kind, and I remember there wasn't any pressure to make a reservation.
