It seems like they don't really fail badly... naturalness seems to be their preferred look, and they seem to do things as conservatively as possible. Because of that, even though it's an incision procedure, it looks natural, and especially the epicanthoplasty seems really good at what they do (I end up lying to the friends I made after surgery and telling them I didn't do it).
