I had a lateral canthoplasty here, but there wasn't really any effect. The change was super natural, but after the procedure I could see red tissue at the back and my eyes just got much more irritated, so I did feel like I shouldn't have done it. If I could go back, I don't think I would get it, since the downsides are much bigger. Everyone, please be careful. I don't remember the surgery cost exactly.
