The doctor seemed like someone who speaks very straightforwardly. We had the consultation with photos taken and displayed, and he suggested removal, saying double-fold surgery should be the last resort (he seemed to really dislike how everyone nowadays talks about double folds so casually..). He recommended fat grafting for sunken eyes and showed example photos.. But my need was a natural in-out? in-line? look, and since he said he didn't quite understand that and suggested a rather big in-out, I held off on the surgery haha..
