I had a consultation with Dr. Oh Se-kwang, and I could understand him speaking casually to me on our first meeting. I was recommended silicone, and seeing that he planned the surgery in the direction the patient wanted made me think he was pretty good. An acquaintance of mine also had surgery here, so I already had a pretty good impression, but the price had gone up a bit compared to two years ago.
