I had front corner surgery + eye correction + incisional double eyelid surgery 8 years ago, and I've been living with it perfectly fine with no problems at all. The director was so focused on natural results that I just trusted him and left it to him, and it turned out extremely natural. When I open my eyes wide, it ends up looking like a hidden double eyelid. Compared with celebrities, it's not a super pretty eye, but I still live satisfied with my own eyes because they suit my face.
