The doctor wasn't particularly rude .. but when I went a few years ago, he said that if I got lower blepharoplasty there would be these and those side effects. When I asked again, he said there were none, which was a bit confusing. It seemed like he was recommending his own specialty. The waiting room was chaotic, probably because there were so many people.
