I’ve never thought it looked pretty since the splint was removed.. I had rhinitis surgery + functional costal cartilage + silicone for the nasal bridge (I heard it’s the type that’s lower at the upper part and higher at the lower part) + ear cartilage, and I have a bulbous nose, short nose, small nose, and my skin is on the thicker side. I understand I had alar reduction, nasal tip work, nasal bridge work, and osteotomy, but I heard that if you had an osteotomy, the nose might completely collapse when it’s removed, so I’m worried
