5 years ago, I had rhinoplasty with osteotomy using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. Now there’s a round cartilage show-through at the nasal tip. Do I need revision rhinoplasty? Or should I have everything removed? I also feel like my nose looks a bit too dramatic And would the price be reasonable if I get revision surgery and removal done at one place?
