I removed all the tape under my nose too, so I’m leaving a review. Complete removal of the Medpor support in the nasal tip, and removal of the ear cartilage except for leaving only a small part. Come to think of it, I didn’t have a mole on my nasal tip before, but one suddenly appeared lol I had it removed 13 years after the surgery, and my skin had become paper-thin because of the foreign material. I was worried it would drop a lot, but that worry feels pointless now; it feels like my surgical-looking nose has become a bit more natural. Maybe because they left a little ear cartilage…? Before removal, the cartilage was shifted to the right and looked like it might break through, and the cartilage show-through and pointy feeling are gone now, so I’m satisfied. As for the nasal bridge, it was shaved during my first surgery.. It still feels lower and slimmer. The columella scar is better than before, but I’m applying scar ointment to the new incision line. If you look at the nostril area in the photo, white cartilage had been protruding, but it has been cleaned up.
