It’s been 10 years since my rhinoplasty, and I went for consultations because the nasal bridge implant was showing through, I had a slight foreign-body sensation, and anxiety had started to set in. I’m leaving this post in case it helps anyone. 1. Clinic A: First of all, hospitals that basically specialize in removal were hard to book I somehow managed to make an appointment and had a consultation. They took a CT first, then I went in for the director’s consultation. Fortunately, they said that on the CT, there was enough skin laxity and it wasn’t a situation where it had to be removed right away. If I did remove it, they said they would do it through an open approach. After that, I consulted with the consultation manager, and the price was expensive Also, they said that even if MegaDerm were inserted, it wouldn’t dramatically make a wide nose look narrower 2. Clinic B: The doctor said that whether it’s removal or inserting MegaDerm, everything is possible in the direction I want. And they said that after more than 10 years, problems usually start to appear little by little.. They said the price here gets expensive because they add on all sorts of things, but simple silicone removal wasn’t as expensive as I expected.3. Clinic C: I went because I saw reviews saying they diagnose with ultrasound, but the consultation was just done by palpation. They said removing only the silicone is very simple, so I don’t necessarily have to do it at their clinic, and during surgery, after removing the silicone, they can look at the appearance and then decide whether to insert MegaDerm.4. Clinic D: I went here too because they advertise removal a lot. They said removing only the silicone is really easy. If there’s any step-off after removal, they would reinforce it with AlloDerm and there would be an additional charge. And as expected, like in other reviews, they recommended combining it with rhinitis surgery. If I have surgery, I have to go to the internal medicine clinic in front before surgery and get a blood test. The price was better than expected, maybe because it’s removal only. That’s it for the consultation reviews for now, and since most clinics said there’s no immediate problem, I’m really conflicted The price definitely seems to vary a lot depending on whether it’s open or closed approach, and after looking at photos of my original nose, I’m worried about how it’ll look after removal

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 7 MegaDerm after removal
I'm curious about reviews of MegaDerm. I don't care about the height, but I want my nose to look more three-dimensional from the front. Would MegaDerm maybe be a little less effective for that??

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 7 Day 45 after nasal tip removal (front view added)
I removed all the tape under my nose too, so I’m leaving a review. Complete removal of the Medpor support in the nasal tip, and removal of the ear cartilage except for leaving only a small part. Come to think of it, I didn’t have a mole on
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 7 Nasolabial angle after nose implant removal
My nose was low, small, short, and had almost no columella, so I also had nasolabial angle correction. If I get everything removed later, will the nasolabial angle go back to how my original nose was?
