You can tell if you read my posts, but I’m someone who even got depressed after nose surgery in 2023.... lolololol I spent all day taking photos because my nose looked high, going to consultations, asking around, and repeated that for 6 months.. After 6 months, I got revision surgery right away, and in the summer of 2023 I asked the same clinic to make it as low, small, and natural as possible. It definitely did get lower, but (my previous nose was a rocket...) Now, 3 years later, when I look at my previous nose, it’s honestly shocking.. but I still can’t let go of wanting a low, natural-looking nose.. I’m looking into it It’s not as stressful as before the revision, but a lot of people suspect I had surgery, and it’s big, high, and long like a man’s nose.. 😿 so I’m quietly feeling stressed.. Please tell me what you think about getting another revision to lower it one more time...! The first 5 photos are my current nose, and the 6th is my first nose before the revision The last one is my original nose... Looking at it now, I think my original nose was the prettiest I should have had it done in a way that reshaped and made it smaller without using donated rib cartilage, but I still feel kind of resentful toward the clinic.. Sigh, so please tell me whether I should lower it one more time with another revision or not.... Please

I had surgery 10 years ago, and I’m thinking of removing everything, including the silicone and Medpor. While going to consultations for full removal, I said I was worried about columellar retraction, and they told me that columellar…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 8 I’ve read almost all the posts in the removal/reconstruction forum, and I’m getting more and more unsettled
I’ve been to consultations at three places, and because I’ve done so much online research + basically lived in this community, I’m just accumulating shallow knowledge (of course, there’s still a lot more I don’t know lol, I just mean I’ve…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 8 Nose Implant Removal
5 years ago, I had rhinoplasty with osteotomy using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. Now there’s a round cartilage show-through at the nasal tip. Do I need revision rhinoplasty? Or should I have everything removed? I also feel…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 7 MegaDerm after removal
I'm curious about reviews of MegaDerm. I don't care about the height, but I want my nose to look more three-dimensional from the front. Would MegaDerm maybe be a little less effective for that??
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 7 Is there anyone who had osteotomy rhinoplasty and is looking into removal for a case like mine?
I’ve never thought it looked pretty since the splint was removed.. I had rhinitis surgery + functional costal cartilage + silicone for the nasal bridge (I heard it’s the type that’s lower at the upper part and higher at the lower part) +…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 7 Closed silicone removal only
Has anyone had only silicone removed with a closed approach??????? I don’t have contracture, but I want to remove only the silicone, so I’m looking into it. Are there any good clinics???????? I’m a bit worried that they might not really…
