I am having a hard time emotionally, so this post is rambling. Please understand. It has been about 3 months and 1 to 2 weeks since the surgery. I think the shape itself is not bad. With my original nose, my nostrils did not show at all, but now they show quite a bit, so I dislike that, but I do not think it looks unattractive like a pig, so I do think the shape itself has become pretty. But the pain, the foreign-body sensation, and the restrictions in daily life are making things so hard for me. I think I recover slowly. Ah...
