Should I say it’s the area from the columella incision line leading into the inside of the nostril? The right side is fine, but the left side has a very strong foreign-body sensation. All the stitches have already been removed, and only redness remains. When I talk, eat, or smile, the area around the left incision line pulls and stings. I don’t think it’s inflammation, and I wonder if it’s pulling because it’s dryㅠㅠ Is there anyone with something similar? It feels like the skin is somehow contracting and dry, but one side has a stinging pain like being pricked with a needle. It’s okay when my face is expressionless, but when I make facial expressions or eat something. Until a few days ago, there was only a pulling feeling…
