Last Friday, I had the silicone + septal cartilage placed on the nasal tip removed.. I had not had a septal support strut, and what I had done was silicone + septal cartilage placed on the nasal tip + cartilage tying. Because my skin had thinned, I removed both the silicone and all the septal cartilage that had been placed on the nasal tip. Regarding the cartilage tying, there were many people who had cartilage repositioning and many who didn't, but in my case, the cartilage had not been tied excessively, so I couldn't see any pinched-nose phenomenon at all. Rather, I thought it would be nice if a slightly pinched spot remained, and based on what the director who did my surgery said, I thought it would probably be okay not to untie it, so I left the cartilage tying and only had the removal. The removal was done with a closed approach. Looking at the current photo, the left side shows a little cartilage pinching and a lot of the swelling has gone down, but on the right side, I don't see cartilage pinching and it seems more swollen. So other people may not know unless they look closely, but since it's my nose, I can tell in detail, so I can see that the two sides are asymmetric.. I think the incision was made inside the nostril on the side where the swelling has gone down less. Could it be because that is the incision site, so the swelling has not gone down as much? Ah.. I'm scared that if the swelling keeps not going down like this and scar tissue also forms asymmetrically, it will become completely uneven The swelling in height seems almost gone.. The nasal tip height still hasn't gone down fully. After removing the tape, it looked better than I expected, so I was okay, but as the swelling goes down, I'm bothered by the nose becoming asymmetric + Many people ask about the clinic information, but I feel a lot of responsibility even in sharing it, so I would like you to stop asking me for clinic information
