I decided to have surgery because I had always felt self-conscious about having a small chin and a retruded chin. Right after surgery, there was a little swelling, but it went down quickly because I diligently wore the compression band and applied cold compresses. It has been almost 3 months since the surgery, and the major swelling is completely gone. As the swelling went down, my face shape gradually became what I wanted, so I’m satisfied~ Since my chin definitely came forward, my cheek fat also looks reduced and my face looks slimmer. The double chin caused by the retruded chin has also improved a lot. My facial asymmetry was also severe, but they corrected the asymmetry at the same time during surgery, so I’m even more satisfied!
