I had a slight hump on the bridge of my nose, so I had surgery 5 years ago with osteotomy. My nose was originally high, but after it became even higher, my impression looked so harsh that after just one month I had a second surgery and asked them to remove everything. They said the nasal dorsum would become flat and the nose would spread, so I thought they had only placed a thin silicone implant, left only the septum, and closed it that way For 5-6 years, the nose itself was pretty, but it made my face look long and gave me a somewhat masculine impression. The nasal tip also felt too hard, like a stone.... This time I had everything removed. I had it done at ㄱㅇㅅ, but I only found out about things like Gore-Sili and Medpor after they opened it up. Until then, I had been living without knowing Anyway, the surgery ended well, but since I had osteotomy done, of course it becomes lower than my natural nose, right...? Even now it feels like it’s almost low, so if more swelling goes down from here, will it get even lower?? I regret wondering if I removed it for nothing, and even if it looks high in photos, when I actually see it in real life, it’s low I’m worried about bruising and swelling too. Ah, even after surgery I don’t feel relieved If the swelling goes down, will it become noticeably lower than now??
