Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

It is day 9 after early removal of a septal support graft

I originally had a high nose and a decent nasal tip, and I only went to get lateral osteotomies, but I was deceived by sweet talk, and even on the day of surgery I said I wouldn’t do it, but... I had lateral osteotomies, hump correction, and a nasal tip septal support graft, with cartilage binding. After surgery, my nose deviated to the right and was severely uneven... the columella was misaligned.... the bones from the lateral osteotomies were cut differently on the left and right sides. It was so distressing that I went to the hospital, but the hospital only said it was swelling, and that the crooked nose and nostrils could be adjusted with a cotton swab and hand pressure.... It was too absurd and exhausting, so after 2 weeks I requested early removal. The condition for early removal was that it would return to how it was originally. But now my nose is a third kind of nose, the nostrils have become bigger and stretched, and it is still uneven, with the columella... What should I do? Will it go back to how it was originally? Why did the nostrils get even bigger?

These are current photos. I apologize for uploading messy photos because I wasn’t able to manage it well.
