I researched it really, really exhaustively before doing it. For the first and last time, I wanted this to last my whole life, so I did it without an implant, using septal cartilage~~ I had the splint removed today, and it looks natural~ The director said that after a month, when the swelling goes down, it will look natural~ I’m not going to touch my face anymore~ I really like my nose.
