I had rhinoplasty twice in total, once when I was 20 and once when I was 22. I'm the type who can usually tolerate things like surgery pretty well, so other than not being able to breathe because of the cotton packed in my nose and the stinging when the stitches were removed, there wasn't anything that uncomfortable I'm still dissatisfied now and I do live worrying about side effects all the time, but even though my nose was low and small, it had a pretty shape. After surgery, my nose became upturned, the nasal tip wasn't sharp, and it looked blunt, so I had surgery one more time when I was 22 They said they couldn't really lower my nose much, but that they would make the nasal tip a bit sharper, so I had surgery again at the same hospital. It is better than before, but from the front it looks okay, while from the side the shape of my nose looks blunt and upturned, so honestly, in my heart I want to remove everything and go back to how it was before... As expected, they say plastic surgery isn't something you should rush into just because you want it at too young an age
