I am one person who regrets not doing it at a specialized hospital. It ended up being a surgery with no before-and-after difference, without considering the shape or what the patient wanted. I just think it is fortunate that there are no major side effects. I hope it is not a contracted nose, but it is still short and low... I am looking into hospitals for a third revision surgery.
