My nose was difficult, with a high bridge, width spreading to the sides, and even a hump, so I had osteotomy, hump removal, and septal cartilage used for the nasal tip. No one knows I had surgery, and I think it’s purely a surgery for self-satisfaction- It’s now my 7th year, and the hump has grown a little... haha I had debated whether to place silicone or not, but I felt resistant to having a foreign material inserted, so I didn’t, and then the bone grew. For a while it looked very clean, but since the hump that had been my complex is visible again from certain angles, it does bother me. Still, I have no intention of doing anything again. The septal cartilage is still hard. When I do things like scuba diving, I always end up being careful whenever I wear goggles. Even when I get things like facial massages, I still mention it. I ask them to be careful with the nasal tip. For those worried about a hump nose, I want to recommend it and say it’s worth trying! But what’s surprising is that I don’t even remember the name of the hospital where I had the surgery. It was a factory-style clinic recommended to me on a Naver plastic surgery cafe, somewhere in Apgujeong... hahahahahahahaha I remember going to consultations at five or six clinics, and I just booked right away because I judged it to be a place that was clean, gave careful consultations, and had a proper anesthesiologist. I really had no fear...
