I had rhinoplasty with Dr. A at [Clinic A]. Before surgery, my nasal tip was blunt and I had a dorsal hump, so I felt the overall nasal line was lacking. However, I did not want to completely change my nose; I wanted to naturally improve only the parts that needed it while preserving the atmosphere of my original face. The surgical plan was to raise the tip using septal and ear cartilage and smooth the step caused by the hump so the overall line would connect naturally. When choosing a clinic, I considered it most important whether they had sufficient experience with no-implant surgery and could reflect the nose shape and line I wanted. I also considered whether systematic aftercare was provided, and made my decision accordingly. After surgery, improving the tip and hump that had bothered me most made my overall impression much softer. I like it even more because the result naturally complements my original face rather than making a major change, and I’m satisfied that it looks both natural and prettier.
