Nose Surgery Reviews

Is the tip the most important part when getting rhinoplasty? Read this!!!

I wanted rhinoplasty too, but when I actually considered doing it, I had so many concerns that I kept putting it off. Then a friend said they were going for a nose consultation, so I tagged along and ended up getting a consultation too. I liked my consultation with Dr. Oh Se-won at [Clinic A], and eventually had surgery^^ I had been considering rhinoplasty because I disliked my hump and the way my tip drooped downward, so I said I wanted a natural yet sophisticated nose line like Hyein from NewJeans haha. The doctor said my bridge was already relatively high, so there was no need to insert silicone and I could achieve my desired nose line without an implant! I had been very worried about rhinoplasty, but hearing that I could get the shape I wanted without an implant made me feel there was no reason to postpone it any longer haha. I had implant-free rhinoplasty, with the tip firmly built up using autologous costal cartilage to match the existing bridge height! Since the tip line flows naturally into the bridge, my whole face looks much more balanced, and I think my side profile has become prettier too! It has only been a few days since surgery, so I still seem to have swelling overall! Still, the doctor said that even while removing the splint, he felt the surgery had gone well! haha. He said it would look even better after some time. Every time I go for a follow-up, they examine me so carefully, so I feel good every time I visit!!
