Comparing the before-and-after photos, the difference is incredible, right? lol I disliked how my bridge looked low and wide and how the tip also looked bulbous, but I love that my nose became more refined after surgery haha. The materials were a custom implant plus autologous costal cartilage. It doesn’t look pointed, and the bridge doesn’t look obviously silicone either, so it’s the best. During the consultation, the doctor said tip cartilage was optional, but because my skin is relatively thick, rib cartilage would provide stable lengthening of the tip. I didn’t want to use someone else’s cartilage, so I chose autologous rib cartilage haha. I also had rhinitis and a blocked nose, but now it’s completely clear. I had a lot of runny nose at first, but I think it got better around weeks two to three. I had surgery at [Clinic A].
