It has been six months since I had a non-implant rhinoplasty for an arrow-shaped nose and dorsal hump correction at Obli Plastic Surgery. There were many reviews about dorsal hump correction, and since I wanted a natural result, I decided to have surgery right away. The materials and method were autologous tissue without an implant: ear cartilage, septal cartilage, osteotomy, and autologous dermis. Most of the swelling seems to have subsided after two to three months. I have no difficulty with daily activities such as blowing my nose, applying makeup, or washing my face. I have never regretted the surgery because I love the shape of my nose whenever I see my profile. I usually swell easily, but even with only swelling management, my nose became more defined, and people around me often say I have lost weight. Since the nose is the center of the face, my satisfaction is definitely high.
