Review after removing nasal silicone

About 4 years ago, I had surgery at a private clinic after deciding to have nasal surgery with 3 mm silicone + septal cartilage- After 3 years passed, it seemed to start lifting little by little, and I guess that was contracture In the end, when I went back for a consultation, they said it was a typical capsular contracture phenomenon and that I needed to have it removed as soon as possible. I went around to several consultations, but everyone said different things, so it was so confusing. Since costal cartilage, autologous dermis, and other options that would leave scars or felt like major surgery were too burdensome for me, I decided for now to just go with removal. I decided to have silicone removal + repositioning of septal cartilage or ear cartilage, and I had the surgery recently- I was worried the height would get lower, but I trusted only the doctor’s words that if they preserved as much of the capsule as possible, it would not get that much lower. As for the surgical result, first of all, they said there was an artificial bone called Medpor in my nose. I had never even heard of it, and I really resent the doctor who put it in during my first surgery without discussing it with me.. It felt like I had been scammed They removed everything and repositioned the cartilage, and it has been about 2 weeks The condition around the silicone was very bad, so they had to remove a lot of the capsule, and because of that my nasal bridge became lower, as if it were sunken in or as if I had no bridge.. Comparing it to before is causing me so much mental stress My nasal tip is bulbous, and the things people often say, like fish-face and bulbous nose, all feel like they are talking about me I am in despair, but I see many similar reviews In my case, I had no choice but to remove it because of contracture, but when you remove it, I hope you also think carefully about the psychological side. There is a sense of relief from removing the silicone, but the sense of loss + the mental and psychological shrinking from becoming uglier is considerable To the point that I don’t want to look in the mirror.. They say the nasal bridge can be filled with filler, but I don’t know how I’m supposed to endure until then If I followed my heart, I would fill the sunken nasal bridge right away
