Silicone removal review

I wrote about silicone removal, nasal tip surgery, and nostril reduction in the rhinoplasty forum, but here I’ll write mainly about my experience with silicone removal and precautionsㅜ I had the silicone removed because it moved and extended all the way to the nasal tip, so it would sometimes get red. More than anything else, my goal was removal, so I’m very satisfied with that part, but there was also something I complained to the clinic about after surgery. Dermis!!! I was only supposed to have removal, but after surgery they said it was uneven, so they laid down a thin layer of dermis. Since it was artificial dermis, it was probably AlloDerm. It had already been inserted, and since a year and a half has passed it has probably all been absorbed, but if you don’t want dermis inserted when you get surgery somewhere, please make sure in advance to tell them not to lay down anything like dermis and to do it literally with no implant... It seems there are sometimes clinics that say “no implant” but think it’s fine as long as it’s not silicone, and then put in dermis as they pleaseㅜ As for the surgical result, it’s okay for now, but at the time I was extremely stressed because of the dermisㅜ
