The director was extremely kind and gave a very thorough consultation, but the consultation manager was like nobody was chasing them, rushed through only what they had to say, and left after saying only scripted lines. My appointment was at 11, but the consultation manager didn’t arrive until 12, and I saw the director at 12:30. Still, the consultation manager was kind of cool, but they seemed way too disorganized. I can’t even remember their face.
