Facial contouring, tooth tightness, and concerns about the posterior cheekbone

First of all, I had the 3-part facial contouring procedure together with double eyelid surgery. It has now been 15 days. My main concern was my lateral cheekbones, but I feel like there is almost no effect. After looking into it, I think it may be because the posterior cheekbone next to the sideburn area is protruding. Since I’m only on day 15, could it be because of swelling? When I touch it, it feels hard like bone. The hospital says it’s the temporomandibular joint, so they can’t touch it I heard there are hospitals that do posterior cheekbone surgery too. Would that be effective? And for now, I don’t have any sensory abnormalities or anything like that at all, but I do have tooth tightness. The director said my tooth roots are longer than other people’s, so the fixation pin may be touching the root, and suggested removing the pin. Are there many cases where tooth tightness gets better?
