For the nasal bridge, I had silicone inserted, and for the nasal tip, septal cartilage + ear cartilage + donated costal cartilage were used. I asked for a straight line, and the line itself came out straight and nice, but the columella was projected too much, so my nose looks too long, which I’m a bit dissatisfied with. Still, the director was kind and tried as much as possible to reflect the patient’s opinions. The consultation with the director alone took an hour. The consultant’s attitude changed before and after surgery.
